TriOpSys' mission, both for its clients as its personnel, is the following:

1. Advising about, developing and maintaining of high-quality automation systems that play an essential role in the corporate processes of our clients
2. Offering an inspiring and innovative working environment
3. Realizing long-term en strong relationships with our employees and clients

In practice, this mission translates to a certain way of working and interacting with each other. We are open and honest, both towards clients as personnel and suppliers. This means we tell the story as it is, also when the news might be less than great, or even bad.

Integrity and quality are first and foremost. All documents are reviewed, whether they are letters or tenders, we check each other as normal part of the process. Unsound conduct is not accepted within TriOpSys.

We strive for challenging projects, nice colleagues and a good atmosphere. These contribute to motivation, inspiration and success. A fun working environment is no commonplace, we actively achieve that together!
